2. Processing and Purpose

LK Pro Agentic LLC collects personal data through its onboarding and service-configuration forms and through its support channels (WhatsApp, website chat widget). This data is used exclusively to:

  • Configure and personalize the AI agent contracted by the client.
  • Manage the business relationship, billing, and service support.
  • Contact the data subject regarding the contracted service or information requests.

LK Pro Agentic LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described here. Data may be technically processed by infrastructure providers (Anthropic, for the AI engine; Meta/WhatsApp, for message delivery) solely as technical data processors, under their respective data processing terms.

3. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Know, update, and correct your personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorization granted.
  • Be informed about how your data has been used.
  • File complaints with the relevant data protection authority.
  • Withdraw authorization and/or request deletion of your data, where no legal or contractual obligation prevents it.
  • Access your processed personal data free of charge.

5. Procedure for Exercising Your Rights

Inquiries will be addressed within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt. If it is not possible to respond within that period, the requester will be informed of the reason for the delay and the date on which the inquiry will be addressed, which in no case may exceed five (5) additional business days.

Complaints will be addressed within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days from the day following receipt. If it is not possible to respond within that period, the requester will be informed of the reason for the delay and the date on which the complaint will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) additional business days.

6. Effective Date

This Personal Data Processing Policy is effective as of July 15, 2026, and remains in force for as long as LK Pro Agentic LLC maintains databases containing personal data of its data subjects, subject to any necessary updates.
