Tratamiento y finalidad<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    LK Pro Agentic LLC recopila datos personales a trav\u00e9s de sus formularios de incorporaci\u00f3n y configuraci\u00f3n del servicio,\n    as\u00ed como a trav\u00e9s de sus canales de soporte (WhatsApp, widget de chat en el sitio web). Estos datos se utilizan exclusivamente para:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Configurar y personalizar el agente de IA contratado por el cliente.<\/li>\n    <li>Gestionar la relaci\u00f3n comercial, la facturaci\u00f3n y el soporte del servicio.<\/li>\n    <li>Contactar al titular de los datos en relaci\u00f3n con el servicio contratado o las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>\n    LK Pro Agentic LLC no vende, alquila ni comparte datos personales con terceros para fines distintos a los aqu\u00ed descritos. Los proveedores de infraestructura (Anthropic, para el motor de IA; Meta\/WhatsApp, para la entrega de mensajes) pueden procesar los datos t\u00e9cnicamente, \u00fanicamente como encargados del tratamiento, de acuerdo con sus respectivos t\u00e9rminos de procesamiento de datos.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>3. Sus derechos<\/h2>\n  <p>Como titular de los datos, usted tiene derecho a:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Conozca, actualice y corrija sus datos personales.<\/li>\n    <li>Solicite comprobante de la autorizaci\u00f3n otorgada.<\/li>\n    <li>Inf\u00f3rmese sobre c\u00f3mo se han utilizado sus datos.<\/li>\n    <li>Presente una queja ante la autoridad de protecci\u00f3n de datos correspondiente.<\/li>\n    <li>Retirar la autorizaci\u00f3n y\/o solicitar la supresi\u00f3n de sus datos, siempre que no exista ninguna obligaci\u00f3n legal o contractual que lo impida.<\/li>\n    <li>Acceda gratuitamente a sus datos personales procesados.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>4. Procedimiento para ejercer sus derechos<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Las consultas ser\u00e1n atendidas en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de quince (15) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir de la fecha de recepci\u00f3n. Si no fuera posible responder dentro de ese plazo, se informar\u00e1 al solicitante del motivo de la demora y de la fecha en que se atender\u00e1 su consulta, la cual en ning\u00fan caso podr\u00e1 exceder los cinco (5) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles adicionales.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Las reclamaciones se atender\u00e1n en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de quince (15) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir del d\u00eda siguiente a su recepci\u00f3n. Si no fuera posible responder en dicho plazo, se informar\u00e1 al solicitante del motivo de la demora y de la fecha en que se atender\u00e1 la reclamaci\u00f3n, la cual en ning\u00fan caso podr\u00e1 exceder de ocho (8) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles adicionales.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>6.
