Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by LK Pro Agentic LLC. By
accessing our website at lkproagentic.com or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

LK Pro Agentic LLC is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company (EIN: 41-4571780, Filing: 2026-001892970).
Our services are provided remotely and are available to businesses in Colombia and the United States. For inquiries,

2. SERVICES

LK Pro Agentic LLC provides AI-powered agent systems configured for small and medium-sized businesses. Our
services are offered under three subscription plans:

LK Ignition: Up to 30 requests/month — AI front desk, lead capture, and automated follow-up.
LK Force: Up to 60 requests/month — Everything in Ignition plus AI content generation and lead generation support.
LK Command: Up to 100 requests/month — Everything in Force plus strategy, analytics, customer retention, and
custom configuration.
A ‘request’ is defined as any task executed by the client’s AI agent team on behalf of their business. Services are
delivered remotely. Setup takes 3 to 5 business days after subscription confirmation and payment.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

All plans are offered on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or commitments required.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, beginning on the date of the first payment. Payments are processed via Wise or
bank transfer. Once Stripe is activated, credit and debit card payments will also be accepted. Prices are listed in USD
for USA clients and USD for Colombia clients. Applicable taxes may vary by jurisdiction.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to
ceo@lkproagentic.com at least 5 (five) business days before your next billing date.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. LK Pro Agentic LLC will
not charge you for subsequent billing cycles once a valid cancellation request has been received and confirmed.

5. REFUND POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a monthly payment has been processed, no refunds will be
issued for that billing period, regardless of usage. This policy is consistent with industry standards for
AI-as-a-service subscriptions.
Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of LK Pro Agentic LLC in cases of documented technical failure
directly caused by LK Pro Agentic LLC that rendered the service completely unusable for the entire billing period.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ceo@lkproagentic.com within 5 business days of the billing date.

6. PLAN CHANGES

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the beginning of the next billing
cycle. No partial refunds or credits are issued for downgrades mid-cycle.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By subscribing to our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business during onboarding.
Review, validate, and approve all AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it.
Use the AI agents exclusively for lawful business purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the agent configurations provided.
Maintain the confidentiality of any access links or credentials provided by LK Pro Agentic LLC.

8. AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER

The AI agents provided by LK Pro Agentic LLC are powered by third-party large language models including but not
limited to Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain
errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. LK Pro Agentic LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability
of any AI output for any specific purpose.
The client is solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all outputs before use. AI outputs do not
constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LK Pro Agentic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not
limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
LK Pro Agentic LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount
paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All agent configurations, system architectures, prompt designs, and workflows developed by LK Pro Agentic LLC
remain the exclusive intellectual property of LK Pro Agentic LLC. The client receives a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the configured AI agents solely for their internal business operations during the active
subscription period.
Content generated by the AI agents on behalf of the client’s business (such as social media captions, follow-up
messages, or reports) is the property of the client, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

11. DATA AND PRIVACY

LK Pro Agentic LLC collects and processes business information provided during onboarding to configure and
operate the AI agents. We do not sell client data to third parties. Data may be processed by third-party AI providers
(Anthropic, OpenAI) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

LK Pro Agentic LLC strives to maintain continuous service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted
access to the AI agents at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party platform
issues, or circumstances beyond our control. LK Pro Agentic LLC shall not be liable for any downtime caused by
third-party providers including Relevance AI, Anthropic, or OpenAI.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

LK Pro Agentic LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be
communicated via email to the address on file and/or posted on our website. Continued use of the services after the
effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. TERMINATION BY LK PRO AGENTIC LLC

LK Pro Agentic LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s access to services immediately and without
refund if the client: (a) violates these Terms; (b) uses the services for unlawful purposes; (c) fails to make payment; or
(d) engages in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior toward our team or systems.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of the State of Wyoming, USA. Clients in Colombia acknowledge and agree to this governing law as a
condition of service.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the client and
LK Pro Agentic LLC with respect to the services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and
understandings.
